EMMA’S RESIDENT ARTIST CLASS SCHEDULE

EMMA’S RESIDENCY:

Nov. 7 Coordination and Strength: A Contemporary/Jazz class using dance as a tool to challenge the body’s nervous systems. This class is an intentional practice to expand our possibilities in movement.
Nov. 14 — Internal Impulses: A Contemporary class where we challenge our internal tendencies in timing and movement patterns to create new pathways.
Nov. 21 & 28 Dynamic Dance Party! This class is a way to reconnect with why we have so much love for the art form. We will remind ourselves that movement is free, fun, and healing. Designed to dancers or anyone who is interested in dance as a healing practice.
