BIDLE

Jayden Bidle is a Richmond-based dance artist, educator, and visual creator with a BFA in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rooted in a deep passion for movement, anatomy, and community, she teaches a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, and contact improvisation, working with students ages 3 to 65. Her choreographic work has been featured in productions such as Willy Wonka with SPARC, VCU’s Roughcut Film Screening, and VCU’s Pathfinder Series. Jayden is also a certified barre instructor, a visual artist with a growing portfolio of paintings and multimedia work, and a mentor to young dancers. Through residencies, scholarships, and volunteer service, she continues to build a creative life grounded in intuition, curiosity, and care for others.

JAYDEN’S CLASS…

Jayden’s class is a dynamic exploration of movement that weaves together classical modern and jazz techniques, enriched with elements of Yogic theory and mindfulness. The class emphasizes athleticism, weight shifting, and carving through/ falling through space, all within a supportive communal environment. Dancers can expect a rigorous yet joyful experience that fosters both individual growth and collective energy
