Dec. 5Modern class will revolve around fall and recovery. It will investigate how to rebound from lower planes and the transitions needed to maintain optimal flow.
Dec. 12Modern Floor Work class will introduce large and explosive moments that will encourage power and traveling. It will expose ways to traverse through space whilst being in constant contact with the floor.
Dec. 19Modern class will explore the idea of reaching beyond. How can we use the reach of our extremities to initiate  and transform movement?
Dec. 29Modern class will be a fun and energized display of movement and expression. This high energy class will experiment with jumps, focus, and joy.
