Contemporary Modern: Riding the Wave (Hailey Clevenger)
Join us on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:45pm for Contemporary Modern: Riding the Wave with Hailey Clevenger of Dogwood Dance Project. In this class, you will learn how to sequence longer phrase-work while challenging your body to move expansively with freedom in the joints. Come one, come all.
Reformer 1: Basic Skills
Join us for Reformer 1: Basic Skills! Want to take a Pilates class but don’t know where to start!? This is the perfect class for you! Learn the foundational skills and exercises of the Reformer to inform and build your strength and mobility. By progressively learning how to layer exercises with proper skill and use of the equipment, you will build confidence and a strong practice.
